Privacy & data

Your workspace
Clerk handles sign-in. ProofPulse uses your account identifier to keep projects, reports, snapshots, and settings separate from other accounts. These records are stored in PostgreSQL hosted by Neon.
Your Orbio connection
Your gateway key is encrypted before storage. When you enable AI, captured source evidence is sent to Orbio for summarization. Your key is not included in reports or returned to the browser after saving. Each user supplies their own key.
Report links
Sharing is optional. Anyone with an active report link and a signed-in account can read that report. You can revoke its link. Captured snapshots remain accessible only to their project owner.
Retention and source content
Snapshot history is retained for 90 days, with the latest successful snapshot per source retained for comparison. Reports remain saved. Moving a project to Trash pauses monitoring and is recoverable; it is not permanent deletion. Only add public URLs you are permitted to monitor.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application, Clerk provides authentication, Neon stores application data, and Orbio processes optional AI requests. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Do not enter passwords, private documents, or confidential content into project source fields.
